This chocolate confection has been taking the internet by storm, with everyone putting their own spin on it. Our version consists of whole roasted pistachios that we coarsely grind in our kitchen. We then add freshly toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo dough that we gently brown in our copper kettles to a light and crispy finish), tahini and white chocolate, creating a mixture of crunchy, savory, salty and sweet. A Middle-Eastern treat! We then sandwich this mixture between layers of milk or dark chocolate, rendering a confection that hits with so much complexity of taste and texture, you'll want more than one bite to make sure you're not missing anything!
